For reducing onsite visits to resolve issues, contacting your end-customers or creating support cases, we added the remote gateway restart functionality to XENON for a seamless experience.

In order to restart the gateway, go to Systems > Sytem details > Critical actions. This function is equivalent to restarting gridBox hardware physically.

On start the monitoring triggers a scan, reports the assets found and starts operating.

When one of the gateway relevant jobs is initiated, the UI restricts starting another job until the first one is completed, because there are multiple gateway jobs that can be triggered on XENON, like restart, scan or factory reset.
